30 Day Return Policy

We are absolute believers in our product and we provide the most generous returns policy in the industry, where you can return any resellable products to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions for Returns
Timeframe: You have 30 days from the date of purchase to initiate a return for any reason.
Items Eligible for Return:
- Any product in its original, unopened packaging.
- Items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.
Shipping and Delivery:
You will need to transport the returned product to us safely and in original condition for us to honour the return. Any costs associated with transporting it back to our warehouse will be your responsibility.
Exclusions:
Custom orders or custom priced orders are not eligible for the 30 day returns policy.
How to Initiate a Return:

Provide your order number and details about the item you wish to return.
- Return Approval:
Once your return is approved, we will provide you with instructions on how to proceed.
- Packaging:
Ensure the item is securely packaged, and include the original packing slip.
- Transport
Ship the item back to the address provided, using a traceable shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
