30 Day Return Policy
Woodspace believes in 100% customer happiness and we understand sometimes the items may not meet your expectations or you have changed your mind. We are absolute believers in our product and we provide the most generous returns policy in the industry, where you can return any resellable products to us for a full refund within 30 days of purchase.
Conditions for Returns
All returns must be approved by Woodspace prior to being returned to the warehouse. You have 30 days from the order date shown in Shopify to initiate a return request for any reason.
Items Eligible for Return
- - Any product in its original, unopened packaging.
- - Items must be in new, unused, and resellable condition.
Exclusions:
- - Custom orders or custom priced orders are not eligible for the 30 day returns policy.
- - Glue and adhesive products are non-returnable once dispatched. Due to the nature of these items, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges for adhesives, as we cannot guarantee their condition, shelf life, or storage once they have left our warehouse. This policy helps ensure product quality, performance, and safety for all customers.
Shipping and Delivery:
You will need to transport the returned product to us safely and in original condition for us to honour the return. Any costs associated with transporting it back to our warehouse will be the responsibility of the customer. We subsidise flat-rate shipping to customers and the same freight rate is often not available for return shipments.
Return Fees
To help cover administration, handling, and warehouse restocking costs, approved change-of-mind returns will incur:
- $30 flat processing fee; plus
- 15% of the returned order value
This amount will be deducted from the final refund total.
How to Initiate a Return
1. Get In Touch With Our Team
To start a return, please email our customer support team at support@woodspace.com.au within 30 days of purchase. When you contact us, include your order number and mention which item(s) you’d like to return and why. Refunds do not include original shipping costs, and any applicable return fees will be deducted from the refund amount.
2. Return Approval & Instructions:
Once your request has been approved, we’ll email you clear next steps, including return instructions on how to proceed.
3. Prepare Your Items For Return:
Please ensure all items are securely packaged to prevent damage in transit. Where possible, return items in their original packaging and include the original packing slip.
4. Return Shipping:
Items should be sent back using a trackable courier service to the address provided. Unless the return is due to damages on delivery or a manufacturing fault, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
Exchanges & Damages
All deliveries must be inspected for damage within 24–48 hours of delivery. If your item arrives damaged or appears defective, please contact our customer service team at support@woodspace.com.au, as soon as possible so we can assist. Photos of the issue will help us resolve this quickly.
