Woodspace Trade Program — Terms and Conditions

These terms apply to all registered Woodspace trade account holders and govern trade pricing, ordering, returns, and warranty conditions.

Eligibility

Trade pricing is available to approved applicants with an active Australian Business Number (ABN). Eligible trade types include interior designers, decorators, architects, building designers, builders, construction companies, trades and installers, property developers, and commercial or hospitality operators.

Applications are submitted via the trade registration form at woodspace.com.au/pages/trade. Woodspace reserves the right to approve or decline any application at its discretion. Trade status is non-transferable.

Trade Pricing

Trade discounts apply to the current listed price on woodspace.com.au at the time of quotation. Trade pricing cannot be combined with sitewide promotions, discount codes, or additional offers (such as EOFY or seasonal sales events).

  • 5% off all orders (no minimum spend)

  • 7% off orders $1,000 and above

  • 10% off orders $2,000 and above

  • 15% off orders $4,000 and above

Spend thresholds are calculated on the pre-discount order value. One discount tier applies per order.

Placing an Order

Email support@woodspace.com.au with your product requirements and trade account details to request a quote. Quoted pricing includes your applicable trade discount.

Quotations are valid for 30 days from the date of issue. Pricing is subject to change after this period.

Trade pricing is not currently available at checkout. This functionality is in development and account holders will be notified when it becomes available.

Payment

Full payment is required prior to dispatch or collection. We accept bank deposit and all major credit cards. Cash is not accepted, including for click-and-collect orders.

Delivery and Collection

Orders can be shipped Australia-wide, depot pick up options, or collected from our warehouse at Unit 7, 78 Harley Crescent, Condell Park NSW 2200. Collection must be arranged in advance. Shipping costs are calculated at the time of quotation.

Returns

  • Returns must be approved by Woodspace before being returned

  • Requests must be initiated within 30 days of the order date

  • Items must be in original, unopened, resellable condition

  • Custom and custom-priced orders are not eligible for return

  • Approved change-of-mind returns incur a $30 flat fee plus 15% of the returned order value, deducted from the refund

  • Return freight is at the customer's cost

Warranty

All products are covered under the standard Woodspace warranty. 

  • 10-year warranty from date of purchase*

  • Covers major structural and visual faults under ordinary residential use

  • Commercial warranty coverage is assessed on application

  • Warranty does not cover labour, shipping, or installation costs

  • Claims submitted to support@woodspace.com.au with proof of purchase and evidence of correct installation

General

Woodspace may update trade pricing tiers, eligibility criteria, or these terms at any time. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of current terms. These terms are governed by the laws of Australia.
