1. Shipping & Delivery
Shipping charges may change if your order is altered, as final costs depend on the total weight, size, and delivery location.
For same-day deliveries or deliveries without a tail lift in Metro areas, customers must ensure the truck is unloaded within 15 minutes of arrival. Drivers will not assist with unloading unless this has been arranged in advance, and additional service fees may apply. Please also make sure there is suitable parking or a loading zone available at the delivery address.
As courier delays can happen, we recommend waiting until your order has been delivered before booking any tradespeople or installers. We are not responsible for any costs incurred due to delayed deliveries.
Apartment & High-Rise Deliveries
Deliveries to apartments and high-rise buildings require additional planning. Our vehicles are unable to enter basement car parks or garages, and street parking at these locations can be limited. Drivers will deliver to the nearest accessible ground-level location only and are unable to carry goods into the building or up to individual floors. We recommend arranging assistance to move your order from the drop-off point to your apartment. If you have specific access requirements, please contact us immediately after or before placing your order.
4. Warehouse Pickup
If you’re picking up your order from our warehouse, please ensure you recount and recheck your items at the time of collection. It’s your responsibility to confirm you’ve received the correct product and quantity before leaving the premises.
