How realistic do the panels look?

Our stone design panels are the most premium stone design composite panels, almost indistinguishable from real stone and marble slabs.

We utilise the most advanced modern design technology so each design features up to 30 unique design variants, with the patterns shifting along the panel.

We also finish the panels with either an ultra-matte stone textured finish or a smooth matte finish, for a modern real-stone look.

How to Install Stone Design Panels? Can I DIY?

Yes, absolutely. You can DIY and you do not need a tiler.

  1. Calculate the panels required - the panels are installed vertically and are 600mm wide, and click into each other horizontally. If you have 4 metres of wall, you will divide 4000mm by 600mm = 6.67 panels, which rounds up to 7 panels.
  2. Prepare the wall - ensure the wall is flat, stable, dry and clean.
  3. Saw the Stone Design Panels to size - measure your wall and install or saw the panels to the size of your wall. A circular, hand or track saw would be sufficient to trim the panels.
  4. Dry Fit the Panels - place the panels against the wall to ensure they fit well before applying the adhesive.
  5. Cutting Around Fixtures & Fittings - if there are fittings e.g. taps or Fixtures e.g. Shower Trays, use packers to leave a 2 - 3mm gap, and fill the gap with silicone sealant after installation for a wateright fit.
  6. Apply Fast Grab Adhesive - Cover the entire backside of the panel in a zig-zag format and along the perimeter (approximately 2 cm in from the edge). Our Fast Grab Adhesive provides a 15 - 30 minute working and adjustment time and reaches full strength in 2 - 4 hours. Hold it in place for several minutes until the glue holds the panel in place.
  7. Apply Silicone Sealant - apply silicone at the top and bottoms of panels, in the corner join and to fill any gaps around fittings and fixtures. You can use a clear or colour matched sealant

Are the panels suitable for outdoor use?

We do not recommend using them outdoors and exposed to sunlight, as we use a HD printing technology to get the super-realistic non-repeating timber finish, so with exposure to direct sunlight in our harsh Aussie environment, they can fade over a couple years. 

Using them indoors or in covered outdoor areas not exposed to sunlight or the elements are no problems at all!

What are the panels made from?

Our panels features a HD print layer and a 3D textured surface made with an 0.2mm anti-scratch wear layer. The 9mm core is made from limestone and PVC, ensuring durability and strength with great flexibility. The flexibility of the panels ensures the panel never cracks (unlike tiles or stone) and makes installation and transport much easier. Our Stone Design panels are the most durable and flexible wet wall panels in Australia.

How will my order arrive?

We pack orders and ship them out from our warehouse next business day with our network of reliable couriers. You will likely receive in 2 - 5 business days, although remote regional areas may take up to 7 days.
