1. About this promotion

1.1These terms apply to the Woodspace Black Friday Sale and the Woodspace Cyber Monday Sale (together, the Promotion), run by Woodspace (we, us, our) through woodspace.com.au.

1.2By placing an order under the Promotion, you agree to these terms as well as our standard Terms of Service, Shipping & Delivery policy and Returns Policy. Where these terms and our standard policies differ, these terms apply to the Promotion.

2. Promotion period

2.1The Promotion runs in two parts:

2.2All times are Australian Eastern Daylight Time (AEDT). To qualify, your order must be placed and paid for in full within the relevant period.

3. Eligibility and how to redeem

3.1The Promotion is open to customers in Australia ordering online at woodspace.com.au, by phone, or in person at our Condell Park showroom.

3.3The discount applies only to orders placed within the promotion periods. It cannot be added to an order after it has been placed.

3.4The Promotion does not apply additionally to Trade discounts. Trade customers should contact our team for Black Friday Trade pricing specials.

4. The offer

4.1The Promotion gives 10% off the current selling price of eligible products. There is no minimum spend.

4.2Eligible products include our wall panel ranges (Acouwood, Acouwood 360, Acouwood Max, Acouwood Surround, Flexo, SlatWall, StoneDesign and Outdoor) and accessories, unless a product page states otherwise.

4.3The 10% discount also applies to products that are already reduced. It is calculated on the reduced price shown at checkout.

4.4The discount applies to the product price only. Shipping and delivery charges are not discounted.

4.5You can pay with a valid gift card and still receive the Promotion discount.

5. Exclusions and combining offers

5.1The Promotion does not apply to:

• Shipping and delivery charges
• Any product marked as excluded on its product page
• Orders placed before or after the promotion periods in clause 2

5.2The Promotion cannot be combined with any other discount code, promotion or Trade pricing. It can be used on products that are already reduced, as set out in clause 4.3.

6. Stock, pricing, delivery and samples

6.1All products are available while stocks last. We do not offer rain checks on products that sell out during the Promotion.

6.2If a product is listed at an incorrect price because of an error, we may cancel the affected order and give you a full refund.

6.3Our standard shipping rates and delivery times apply. Delivery may take longer than usual during the Promotion due to higher order volumes. Delivery estimates are a guide and are not guaranteed. See our Shipping & Delivery page for details.

6.4Woodspace supplies products only and does not offer installation.

6.5Ordering samples does not hold the Promotion discount for a later order. To receive the discount on full-size products, you must place that order within the promotion periods in clause 2.

7. Returns, refunds and price adjustments

7.1Products bought during the Promotion are covered by our standard Returns Policy. Any refund will be for the amount you actually paid, after the Promotion discount.

7.2We do not offer price adjustments or retrospective discounts on orders placed before or after the promotion periods.

7.3Nothing in these terms excludes, restricts or changes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law.

8. General

8.1We may refuse or cancel any order we reasonably believe involves misuse of the Promotion, including fraud or bulk buying for resale.

8.2We may change, extend or withdraw the Promotion if circumstances outside our reasonable control require it, subject to the Australian Consumer Law. Any change will be published on woodspace.com.au.

8.3These terms are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia.
