Woven acoustic polyester felt of 9mm thickness for additional acoustic sound reduction and noise absorption.
Why Use Additional Acoustic Felt?
If you require extra sound reduction and want to reduce the transfer of sound between spaces, you may consider installing our Acoustic Felt panels behind your Woodspace panels. These are designed to work behind any of our panels in dry areas, but are not suitable for wet areas.
These are most commonly installed behind our Acouwood Surround or Acouwood Max panels where additional sound absorption is required.
How to Install Acoustic Felt?
It can be cut to size with a knife and glued onto the wall or surface with our Fast Grab glue. If installing behind our Acouwood or other wall panels, just cover the wall with the Acoustic Felt panels and then install our other wall panel onto the felt.
What are the Dimensions?
Dimensions: 2700 x 520mm x 9mm
They are easy to adapt to different wall sizes and heights, and can be trimmed to fit 2.4m, 2.7m and joined for taller walls. The joint lines are not visible and the panels are then typically covered by the surface panel.

This tool gives you a good estimate, but it’s not always exact. If your wall height is taller than one panel, it may suggest an extra full panel per row, even if only a small piece is needed. Remember, panels can often be cut to fit multiple rows. Mixing panel sizes can also help reduce waste and cost.
