Our panels when installed properly are 100% waterproof and are impervious to splashes or moisture, making them suitable for bathrooms, kitchens and commercial wet areas. Please note the tops and bottoms need to be completely silicone sealed to ensure moisture doesn’t enter into the core of the slats.

The panels are very DIY-friendly and simple to install for any tradesperson or handy DIYer. Simply measure, cut to size with a saw and glue onto the wall. For our full guide - refer to this guide.

We pack orders and ship them out from our warehouse next business day with our network of reliable couriers. You will likely receive in 2 - 5 business days, although remote regional areas may take up to 7 days.

We do not recommend using them outdoors and exposed to sunlight, as we use a HD printing technology to get the super-realistic non-repeating timber finish, so with exposure to direct sunlight in our harsh Aussie environment, they can fade over a couple years. 

Using them indoors or in covered outdoor areas not exposed to sunlight or the elements are no problems at all!

Yes, we use a proprietary light-weight build-formulation to make each 2900 x 121 (111 visible area) panel just 2.7kg, making it perfect for ceiling and walls.

Extremely - it’s wrapped in a protective wear layer to help resist scuffs and bumps, and it’s structurally so strong that you can walk over it! Try it with one of our samples - put it on the ground and step over it - it won’t warp a single bit. Designed to be light weight and hollow, but it can structurally hold over 2000KGs per square meter.

The Slat Lite panels are a budget friendly alternative to the Slat Pro. Slat Lite is completely waterproof and suitable for most residential applications. The Pro version is suitable for commercial and residential alike, being more durable, impact resistant and commercially fire-rated. Pro features the most realistic timber look of all composite panels in Australia with 20X the print variation to showcase the natural variation of timber.
